Midlands Space Networking (online)
Event Information
About this Event
Midlands Space Networking is back for an online networking session.
We hope that you are all taking care in these unprecedented and uncertain times. The Coronavirus pandemic has affected life substantially but we still hope to keep the space community connected.
We seek to build and strengthen the UK space community by organising a regular meetup to connect businesses, academics, organisations and individuals interested in space.
Do you work/aspire to work in the space sector? Are you looking to meet people from across the space industry? Come along to our virtual networking event to share and discuss the latest space news/industry trends.
Ad astra,
Ryan Bradley-Evans and Ryan Laird

Dr. NK is the winner of the September 2019 ESA Copernicus Hackathon, ESA BIC U.K. 2020 Grant, Santander Seed Grant 2020. She works with her team at LENKÈ Space and Water Solutions Ltd to develop tools from EO data useful for environmental resources monitoring and precision agriculture. She is also a remote sensing consultant with the university of Leicester. A loving BAME mum, Nkeiruka is passionate about the advancement for minority women and gender equality in STEM careers. Nkeiruka invests her time and resources to achieving these goals with active support from the IEEE-GRSS IDEA committee. Dr Chloe Billing joined the City-REDI team in November 2016 as a Research Fellow, working on the Urban Living Birmingham Project. She is responsible for undertaking a detailed review of end-user and open innovation to explore its application to urban services. This is based on the understanding that service reform in many fast growth and highly innovative private sector firms is driven by the application of new approaches to innovation. Chloe has completed her PhD in Economic Geography at the University of Birmingham, which explored the competiveness, organisation and governance of the UK satellite industry. She also has experience with teaching within the Geography department and Birmingham Business School. She is Project Manager for the West Midlands Space Cluster Project
