Believe it or not, we’re almost halfway through 2021 already!

As we navigate another time of big transition, it’s important to reflect and recalibrate to ensure you're on track to make the impact you want this year.

We know that regularly checking in and revising your career goals and plans is key to your success, and that it can be really hard to create that time and space for yourself.

We also know that things have changed immensely in the last six months and that this rapid change will continue, making it even more important to update your plans along the way.

If you're considering what's next in your impact career, we invite you to join us to reflect on the year so far, reassess your goals, and map out a plan for the rest of 2021.

During this workshop we'll be focused on:

• Reflecting on the year so far, what we've learned, and how that will inform what to focus on in the second half of the year
• Mapping out specific goals and action steps for the rest of this year, so you have a plan to execute

This workshop is for you if you're focused on doing mission driven work and you're:

• Currently job searching: you'll assess how things are going and make a plan to keep your momentum going this summer and beyond
• Planning a career transition later this year: you'll map out your next steps and build momentum to launch an effective search
• Focused on growing in your current organization: you'll assess your year so far and create intentional goals for the second half of the year
