Seven-night trip for two adults departing from PHL, Philadelphia staying at the Barcelo Maya Grand Resort, in Riviera Maya, Mexico provided by Apple Vacations.
This is a fun filled day for brides, grooms, moms, dads, bridesmaids and friends!
This year is the 25th Anniversary of the Mid-Atlantic Wedding Extravaganza the MUST see Wedding Event for 2017!
(we suggest bringing pre-printed labels with your contact info to make your day easier as you visit all the different vendors)
Do I need to buy my ticket in advance or are they available at the door?
Tickets in advance are $5.00 per person plus processing fee. ALL tickets at the door will be $10 per person.
On-line ticket sales end January 14 at Noon. If you miss this deadline you must pay $10 at the door.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There is plenty of FREE parking on site.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No outside food or drink is permitted. Vendors will have sampling. Cash bar on site for beverages.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
YES, please remember to bring your ticket!
What is the refund policy?
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
The name on the registration does not need to match the attendee.
If you cannot make it, please feel free to share your purchased ticket with someone else.
