A four-week clinic designed specifically for triathletes and masters swimmers to help them improve their speed and efficiency in the water. Mid-Atlantic Multisport coaches will provide instruction on proper freestyle technique, structuring pool workouts for maximum effectiveness, open water skills and drills which simulate open water conditions in a pool, and how to determine appropriate pacing for workouts and races.\
