During this hands-on course, students will move to the next level in Microsoft Project and work with different type of tasks, use the Task Inspector and apply calendars to tasks. Custom calendars, tables, views, filters and reports will be created and applied to projects. Students will learn to deal with project costs and resource overallocations and to track progress in different ways. Master projects and subprojects will be also be created. Throughout this course, the instructor will include numerous tips, tricks and shortcuts.
