This session will put you in the driver’s seat – letting you explore how Microsoft PPM can transform your approach to Project and Portfolio Management and meet your organization’s end-to-end PPM needs.

  • Using ‘Generic Resources’
  • Leveraging the Resource Usage and Task Usages Views in MS Project
  • Managing Resource Over-Allocations with Team Planner and Resource Usage Views
