Discounts are available for early registration (which ends two weeks before the course starts) and for groups of two or more. Early registrations get a $150 discount and group discounts, which can be combined with early registration discounts, are $100 per person.


The workshop will be held at the Courtyard New Orleans Downtown/Iberville, just steps from the energy and entertainment of the French Quarter. A limited block of rooms has been reserved at a preferred rate until Jan. 14, 2014.

Course Schedule

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

We will transfer your registration to another person if you give us notice at least 5 days before the start of the event.

What is the refund policy?

To cancel your workshop registration (and receive a full refund less $100 administrative fee) contact us in writing 10 business days prior to the event. No refunds will be offered for no shows. Credits may be applied to other Pica Communications courses at our discretion and are valid for one year. 

We are not responsible for penalties resulting from changes to travel arrangements. If weather conditions dictate that we cancel a course with short notice, we will immediately contact you by phone. An announcement will also be made on the course details available on the events page.  For courses starting on Mondays, please be sure to check your e-mail and the event site on Sunday.

If we do have to cancel a course at the last minute, we will either reschedule your course dates or offer a full refund of the course price.

Are there any limitations on who can attend this course?

We reserve the right to limit or deny access to events to any entity or individual. Our receipt of a registration and payment does not constitute acceptance and payments and registrations that are not accepted will be canceled and refunded within 30 days of receipt.

What happens if prices, discounts or other terms change? 

We make every effort to maintain consistency in prices and discounts, however, due to market conditions, prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Discounts and promotions may not be applied retroactively. Prices and terms are those in effect at the time of your order. Your sales receipt is proof of purchase.
