Microsoft for Nonprofits: Excel Formulas, Macros and Pivot Tables

Wednesday October 16th, 10am-12pm

The Microsoft Store

Valley Fair Mall

Are you a nonprofit employee who's always wanted to build a pivot table? Automatically update charts with new information? Add together quarterly outreach totals? Or simply create shortcuts ("macros") for any of the above?

Then come to this tech training, free of charge! We'll learn specific uses of Excel's calculation functions, including pivot tables and macros.

  • Because this event is hands-on, it is recommended that each participant and/or nonprofit organization, bring a working laptop. Microsoft has a small supply of laptops to lend out, with the most current version of Microsoft Office, Office 2013.
  • Interested nonprofits must be a registered 501c3 and located in the greater bay area. Due to limited seating, please register as soon as possible. Refreshments will be provided to attendees. Join us for this informative event!
