Description

This course will teach you everything you need to know regarding customizing and configuring the Dynamics (365) CRM system which meets the requirements of a Dynamics 365/CRM Project implementation for a company.

You will learn about the tools and techniques used to customize and configure Dynamics 365/CRM online and on-premise editions.

This course will also prepare you to pass the Dynamics 365/CRM MB-716 Customization and Configuration Certification exam.


Weekly Class Schedule

This class will be held on weekday evenings from 6:30-8:30 pm US Pacific time (PST) each day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of every week beginning July 22 and ending on April August 7, 2019.
