Founder and CEO of Lakewood Brewing, Wim Bens was born in Belgum, raised in Dallas, had a successful career in Advertising (Tracy Locke), picked up an intensive brewing science and engineering diploma from the American Brewer's Guild, and appenticed at Rahr and Sons Brewing before selling his first keg of beer in 2012. He now brews over 300,000 gallons of beer a year and manages exponential growth of his microbrewery Lakewood Brewing.

Wim will give a tour of the brewery and explain how he grew from concept to launch, to teambuilding to plant building and how he grew his buyer channels and formulas to become a real company.
