Description
Comedic. Poetic. Surreal. Beautiful. Thrilling.
Join us for a one-hour showcase of award winning comtemporary films, poetic documentaries and a panel discussion with the filmmakers.
Be swept off your feet and drawn into dreamy worlds in contemporary silent films with original piano arrangements and scores;
Dive into the inner sensitivities of the human mind;
Go into the kitchen’s of our beloved San Francisco restaurants for an insider’s view of the food on our tables;
Step into a world of international intrigue and high tech secrets.
Come discover how emotional stories told through film help inspire activism, understanding and outreach. Learn how to get involved and get started expressing your own.
This program will be followed by a discussion about filmmaking in San Francisco featuring Art With Impact's Cary McQueen, Fran Guijarro's "Mexican Cuisine", Shawn Tse's "Verax", and Tricia van Klaveren's "The Mission Statement" moderated by local producer Amy Ng.
The event is free and open to the public. Questions: info@ybcbd.org
