Since releasing his debut album (Highfield Suite) last year, Michael McGovern performs with a band in his hometown for the first time.

Described as a blend of ‘Scottish / Mediterranean’, the albums signature sound features wide vocal harmonies and soft fingerpicking guitars, and will be played in its entirety with the help from an all star band featuring;

Michael spent the end of 2021 on tour with Irish Folk legend Mary Black, and since then has embarked on his own summer tour, including dates in Ireland, the Netherlands, England and Scotland.
