Saturday 23rd August - Full Day Seminar


The guest speakers are Local Historian/Glenmalure Resident and Author, Carmel O’Toole, Dr. Ruan O’Donnell, University of Limerick, who wrote a number of historical books including a biography of Michael Dwyer, Dr. Perry McIntyre, Australian Historian and expert genealogist, as well as our own Dr. Joan Kavanagh, Author and Historian.

Following speeches by distinguished guests on the day, we hope to unveil a specially commissioned piece to remember Michael Dwyer on this anniversary. This will be a full day event held in the grounds next to Glenmalure lodge.
