Join us as we explore the realms of consciousness and the truer nature of reality.
Your journey begins with an opening discussion on the whys and wherefores of meditation. Then you will indulge in the beautiful coherence of group meditation with like-minded souls as you are led by our visiting Chopra Center Certified Instructor.
This class concludes with a Q&A session affording an opportunity for all of your questions to be answered.
