Event description
MHSA will host a community meeting on supportive services needed to pair with housing for people with mental illness.

About this Event

Please note these important updates regarding the October 4th Community Program Planning (CPP) Process meeting that the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) team of the San Francisco Department of Public Health will host. Due to a great response, the meeting time and location is changed to October 4th from 2PM – 3:30PM at the Koret Auditorium, SF Public Library, 100 Larkin Street, 94102.

As a reminder, MHSA hosts CPP meetings to collect community input on MHSA programs and unmet mental health needs. The October 4th CPP meeting will focus on supportive services needed to complement No Place Like Home (see attached PDF for more details).

The flyer is attached. Feel free to circulate widely. We are particularly interested in convening the following stakeholders:

• Specialty mental health care providers (ICM, FSP, and OP case managers)

• On site supportive service providers

• Substance use disorder providers

• Money management/Payee staff

• Property management staff

• Administrative, program, and contracted staff from the Behavioral Health Service (BHS) Division, Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH), and Department of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS)

Unfortunately, refreshments will no longer be served. We hope to see and hear from you soon.
