mHealth Israel, October 7th at Tel Aviv University, is Israel's only conference devoted to the booming mHealth sector. Top executives from the US, EU and Japan are coming to share insights and identify potential partners.
In addition to the TED style presentations, mHealth, eHealth and Healthcare IT start-ups should consider participating in the Business Contest. The Winner and 1st Runner Up will each receive more than $10,000 worth of free legal, accounting, IP, PR and other services.

Q: What is the objective of the conference?
A: The mHealth Israel conference is meant to be a first step toward creating a world-class mHealth sector in Israel. Senior thought-leaders from top global healthcare companies will have an opportunity to engage with Israeli innovators from the Healthcare, IT and mobile sectors.
Q: What is unique about this event?
A: mHealth Israel is the only conference in Israel devoted exclusively to the rapidly expanding mHealth and Digital Health sectors.

A: Members of the entrepreneurial community in Life Sciences, IT and mobile willing to tackle healthcare challenges. Based on early registration, the audience is evenly split between Healthcare and IT / mobile. Most of the attendees have a technical background and come from companies with 5-50 people (start-ups), with about 1/3 of attendees coming from public, multi-national companies.
Q: What is the format for the conference?
A: The entire agenda is comprised of TED style lectures. There will be no panels. All presentations have been screened in advance by the Organizers to ensure the focus is thought-leadership. The goal is to create a dynamic, insightful environment for thought-leaders to share their unique insights.
Q: How Do I Participate in the Business Contest?
A: There is no cost to apply to the mHealth Israel Business Contest. Q: Is it Possible for My Company to Present at mHealth Israel?

Q: Can I Arrange Off-Site Meetings with the Visiting Executives?
A: The visiting VIPs will be in Israel for an extremely limited period of time. Their entire schedule, including pre-arranged, thirty minute b2b meetings, will be arranged by the conference organizers.
Q: Will there be press or media at the event?
A: Confirmed press include one of the major Israeli national daily newspapers and one of the broadcast television networks. A summary article about the conference and the Israeli mHealth sector will appear in a widely-read US mHealth blogs.
Q: What is the Refund policy?
A: The conference will provide a Full Refund up to one week before the start of the conference and 50% refund up to 48 hours before the event. After that, there will be no refunds provided.
Q: Can I Transfer My Ticket?
A: You may transfer the name on your ticket up to 72 hours before the event.
Q: Is the food certified Kosher?
A: . Yes, all food and beverages at the event will be certified Kosher. The entire Tel Aviv University campus is Kosher and the catering is provided by one of the restaurants on campus.
Q: Can the organizers arrange a parking pass on the Tel Aviv University campus?
A: The organizers are not able to arrange a parking pass for any attendees or speakers at the TAU campus. Because the university will not be in session on October 7th, the day of the event, there is likely to be ample parking on the campus lots.
