LITTLE ONE LED:
Little One Led was set up by Coach Sophie Fairfield and Nutritional Therapist Zoe Hill 5 years ago as a blog aimed at people looking for healthy and balanced baby led weaning recipes.
Sophie became interested in baby led weaning when her eldest child was 6 months old and refused to be spoon fed. Combined with the fact that Sophie's daughter had a number of allergies Sophie decided to give baby led weaning a go. Discovering there wasn't much information out there on what to feed your baby, Sophie approached fellow mum Zoe about starting a blog with healthy baby led weaning recipes that would be appropriate for little ones.
3 years into writing the blog, Zoe and Sophie started putting on workshops in their local area of south-east London to teach people all about baby led weaning and have since been expanding into different areas across London. They run regular sessions in East Dulwich and also go out to post-natal and antenatal groups across London for private classes.
