Can I update my registration information?
Yes. If you need to update your information, please e-mail event organizer with the updates as soon as possible.
I cannot access the registration, the website is not working or my payment is not going through, what do I do?
If you are having technical difficulties with registration or payment, please contact event organizer immediately.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No. Unfortunately, the registration is valid for one team. If another team wishes to compete, they would have to turn in a separate packet and registration.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes. However, the receipt of the registration fee has to be attached to the packet for the team to be able to compete.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The Ximenez Garage at UTSA will be available for parking for all participants and guests. There is a fee for parking at this garage.
What is the refund policy?
Because we want as many teams to participate, no refunds will be given for the MGC Annual Stroll Off. If you have any questions about this, please contact event organizer.
