Fourth Grade students will experience the Mexican- California Rancho period (1821-1846) with fun hands-on learning. Topics covered are base on California Content Standards for the Fourth Grade. Students rotate through stations of: Branding, Rope making, Cooking (churn butter and make tortillas), 1800's games, embroidery, tide and tallow talk and scavenger hunt. One class of 34 students or less may attend per session. Cost is $300.00 to be paid directly to the park.
