Fresno Metro Ministry is proud to celebrate 46-years of advocating for the health and well-being of Fresno and the
Valley! Serving as a community “convener” is a fundamental part of our history—and our future, as we build
partnerships across all identities, traditions and boundaries. We pay homage to this meaningful history by facilitating new results-oriented partnerships with residents, businesses and institutions that will measurably increase resilience, health and prosperity in our region.
We hope you will join us at this great event! We are pleased to have Fresno Housing Authority CEO, Preston Prince, as our guest speaker and Mistress of Ceremonies, Francine Oputa, Ed.D., Director of Fresno State’s Central Valley Cultural Heritage Institute. We will spend an evening together “Celebrating Solutions… Local Food Partnerships for Our Kids and Economy” that exemplify our work in: Food Recovery and Waste Prevention, Community Gardens and Urban Farms and Nutrition, Cooking Skills & Food Entrepreneurship.
