Description

MetFlex is an evidence-based approach to improving your body's fuel selector switch to allow you to burn fat and tap into locked energy. It aims to improve your overall wellness, body composition, and physical performance with a flexible approach specific to individual goals.

Each week in this 8-week series, we will cover a unique tool for improving your body, as well as a range of actions you can choose from and immediately begin using. After the full 8-week course, you will be able to construct your own robust, multilayered plan to move you towards your continued short and long-term goals.

Each session will consist of a 40 minute lecture, a 10 minute presentation of the action items (the carrots) and a 10 minute Q&A. Each 'classroom' session will be followed by a 30 minute optional "rabbit hole" session for those bunnies that wish to dive a bit deeper into the science or ask more complex individual questions.

This 8-week course meets Monday morning, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, January 28 - March 18, 2019.

This series will be facilitated by Master Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist, Kristen Kuykendall, of Well Hello Fitness [www.wellhellofitness.com].
