We would like to invite you to our annual end of year charity show for the dance community Dance to Bliss in Singapore. “Metamorphosis” symbolizes the core values of Dance to Bliss; supporting the individual awakening, self empowerment and transformation in all women through dance.

For the past two years Dance to Bliss and its creative director, Nashwa, have put on an End of Year charity belly dance show. The show has featured performances by the Dance to Bliss community, Nashwa’s students, and guests - dancers that inspire us and that have been an important part of our journey such as Michelle Bettridge, Daniel Sonic Rojas, Mantravine, The lost hat and more!

This year’s charity is Singapore Association for Mental Health and their efforts to use performing arts in their work. This year 100% tickets sales from Eventbrite will be donated to charity as we believe it is important to raise awareness and support mental health ever before.

All performances will be recorded exclusively for this show both in Singapore and Japan by various creators, and the show will also be made available for a few days for viewing online so that you may watch the show at your own time and as many times as you wish. The show will feature 10-12 acts with approximately 40 dancers and several musicians performing. Besides performance, we are truly excited to share documentary about mental health. About Dance to Bliss

Dance to Bliss was founded in 2016 with a single spark of loving intention: "Every woman and living creature deserves true bliss". One woman's mission and a few years has turned into a community of like-minded women dancing toward their own unique bliss. And, as long as the flame is burning, the mission will remain: Spark joy, create divine magic and dance to bliss.

The Dance to Bliss community cultivates a safe and supported environment for women to come together to honour themselves, get strong, learn new techniques, feel confident and empower themselves to shine in all facets of life. It is built on community, not competition. Anyone who joins, is invited to come and discover their own beauty, celebrate it, and share it with the world. The community stays strong and grows stronger through weekly classes.

今年で3年目となるDance to blissの年末チャリティーショーへようこそ。2020年は、12月19日(土)より3日間シンガポールより未だかつてないフュージョン ベリーダンス ショーを配信します。

今回のショーのテーマであるメタモルフォーゼは日本語では変化・変身・変容を意味する言葉で、Dance to blissが掲げる”踊りを通じて女性が自分らしく輝く人生をサポートしたい”という想いが込められています。

これまで2年間Dance to blissはシンガポールにて年末チャリティーショーを2回実施してきました。昨年末は15名のコミュニティメンバーを始め、スペシャルゲストとして私が10年以上所属し東京のデバダシスタジオを主宰するミシャールやゲストミュージシャンなど、６カ国から素晴らしい才能を持ったアーティスト達が集結しました。イベント会場には総勢100名以上が集まり大盛況のもと幕を閉じました。

2020年の締めくくりとなる年末ショーでは、世界に誇る日本人ベリーダンサー ミッシェル ベトリッジをスペシャルゲストに迎え, ゲストミュージシャンや日本とシンガポールのDance to blissのメンバーのみなさま、そしてビデオ撮影や編集に携わるクリエイター陣、総勢60名が一丸となって初のオンラインショーを皆様にお届けします。一人一人が自分らしく輝く未来を創造する世界に貢献したい。国境や言葉の壁を超えたアートこそが明るい未来を創造するためのエネルギー源になると信じています。また今年はシンガポールのメンタルヘルスの団体にEventbriteでの売上金100%を寄付します。メンタルヘルスについてリアルなストーリーを集めたドキュメンタリーもお見逃しなく。

「女性が本来持つ輝きを内側から引き出し、ありのままの自分を生きる悦びをサポートしたい」

1人の情熱的なダンサーの想いがたった数名のクラスから数年後には日本、シンガポール、イギリス、フランス、インドなど世界中から50名以上の女性が集まる国際色豊かなダンス スタジオへと成長を遂げました。

Dance to blissは2016年に日本人ベリーダンサー ナシュワによってシンガポールにて創設されました。Dance to blissの精神の1つに競争"Competition"の場所でなく共に学び成長するコミュニティ"Community"としての場所で在りたいという想いがあります。

Dance to blissでは癒しのベリーダンスからフィットネスの為のダンス ワークアウトそして本格的に技術を鍛錬するトライバル フュージョン ベリーダンスと幅広いクラスを開催しています。ベリーダンスの技術や振付を習得出来る事はもちろん、多くの女性達が自分の輝きや美しさを再発見する内なる旅(インナージャーニー)を楽しんでいます。シンガポール唯一のニュース番組/ CNNの生放送でも取り上げられ"ベリーダンスの枠を超え女性が感情、官能性そして創造力を培う新しいダンス スタジオ"として紹介されました。スタジオはシンガポールにありますが、全てのクラスはオンラインでライブ配信しており日本やイギリスそしてマレーシアから多くの女性達が参加しています。
