Event description

Description

Celebrate the 50th anniversay of Woodstock with a screening of the original documentary at Merriweather Post Pavilion! The iconic festival started as "3 days of Peace and Music" and became an American cultural touchstone, and if you can't make it back to New York for the anniveary concert, celebrate the festival's legacy with us at one of America's finest concert venues.

The film will be screened on the lawn only, so grab a blanket and friends and join the fun! (In the event of rain, the film will be screened inside the pavilion.)

Gates will open at 6 pm and the show will start promptly at 7 pm. The film is just over three hours long.

Merriweather Post Pavilion concession stands will be open serving food and beverages at community pricing levels.

Parking: General parking will be available in Merriweather Lots 2 and 4 (see map), and ADA parking is avaiable immediately adjacent to the West Box Office and in Lot 1. http://merriweathermusic.com/parking/
