Who: Merced County stakeholders, especially transition aged youth clients, older adult clients and clients of multicultural diversity. Open to other participants in County Community Planning Processes.

Learning Objectives:
- Recognize your rights to participate in stakeholder activities which may shape public policy and services for years to come.
- Identify the background, values and mechanics to better act in the interests of the community.
- Locate County processes and venues for stakeholder involvement.
- Practice skills needed to effectively participate.
- Collaborate to develop a plan for collective action.
