Twice a year, ready+willing provides pro bono marketing assistance to St. Louis area nonprofits. Teams of professionals with varying skills - writing, graphic design, social media, etc... - work together to fulfill the needs of each nonprofit. We need two experienced professionals - one creative and one account - to mentor and lead each of our four nonprofit teams.
Mentor Match is our event where those interested in becoming team mentors can meet members from the nonprofits and learn what they need from their ready+willing team.
So what does a mentor look like? We are looking for individuals who have at least six years of experience who are willing to lead a team of 4-6 creative individuals through the 8-week session. There are two mentors per team, so you're not in it alone! And an experienced ready+willing member will provide guidance for your team along the way by attending meetings and answering questions.
