Description

You’ve been scheduled for chemotherapy.

But you can’t help feeling scared.

You really don’t know what side effects to expect.

You’re tired of people saying that you’ll be fine — especially when they haven’t gone through chemo themselves.

I don’t blame you. I’ve been there.

It is totally normal to feel anxious before your treatments.

That’s why I decided to share a process that really helped me five years ago when I was diagnosed with incurable cancer.

I found that the best way to meet the demands of a high-pressure situation like chemo is to have “the resources.”

I call it mental preparation.

"The Resources" includes a set of skills that can dramatically optimize your odds for better recovery.

Once you learn them, you will know how to create your own optimal level of mental readiness during treatment.

(This is something that you could never get from your doctor or a support group).

When I used these resources, I never experienced any adverse side effects from the treatments— even though I had 3 very toxic doses of chemo.

I didn’t experience any pain in my body or nausea and maintained good energy. Surprisingly, my blood work actually improved in some areas and my white blood cell count hardly dropped.

The results you see, however, will depend solely on you.
