Join us each month for our wellness talks on Ayurveda, on the second Wednesday of each month at 12:00 PM Central (CDT).

October Topic: Mental Wellbeing Through Positivity & Health

How is your mental hygiene these days, and are you ready for a mindset reset?

Join us to explore the power of positivity and its impact on our mind, emotions and wellbeing. In this class you will learn about the four levels of the mind and explore some tips to re-wire the brain and move into a growth-oriented mindset.

What is Ayurveda?

Known as the ’science of life’, Ayurveda offers a whole-person approach to wellness which incorporates body, mind and spirit practices. Developed in ancient India thousands of years ago, these practices are experiencing a resurgence worldwide, as they provide guidelines on how to create a wellness-based lifestyle, promoting greater balance, well being and restored vitality. If you are ready to discover a way of living which honors and balances your unique mind/body constitution, then please join us each month as we envision Perfect Health.

What to Expect:

This virtual session will include about 30-40 minutes of presentation on the new topic of the month, and then it will be opened up to the attendees, for an interactive Q&A session. Please bring your questions, or submit them before our gathering. Please send your questions to: Maggie@EkamLife.com

Teacher:

Margarita Grueskin, ERYT-200, YACEP / Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist / Chopra Center Perfect Health Certified Instructor / Yoga Health Coach / Diplomate in Logotherapy and Lifestyle Medicine Health & Wellness Coach.

These monthly classes are offered as part of the San Antonio Public Library online community classes, and are a part of the @iDoYoga wellness series of classes.
