Introductory Meditation Course to teach you the fundamentals of

- What is meditation? And when are you not meditating, but just 'thinking'?
- How to meditate simply and easily. We sit comfortably on chairs, no special clothes or cross legged position required.
- How to understand your own energy system, and what knocks it out of balance.
- How to balance your energy to feel calmer of mind and more vitalised in your body.
- What are chakras?
- Chakras and your health.
- Using Nature to help balance yourself mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
- Going deeper.

Each week we will build on the previous week's session, so it is requested that those booking for the course to please commit to attending the majority of the sessions. Numbers are limited due to room size so booking is required.

Mental Silence is the phrase coined by Dr Ramesh Manocha at Sydney Uni in his research into meditation practices. Mental Silence is based on the ancient knowledge of Sahaja Yoga. Dr Manocha described Mental Silence as the simplified version of ancient Yogic practices, enabling mystical meditative experiences to be available for everyone.

As always - Mental Silence and Sahaja Yoga never charges for spiritual teachings. Afterall, what price could you put on your own Spirit?

All teachers of Mental Silence or Sahaja Yoga are volunteers and do not make any money from these teachings.
