Mental Health First Aid at Croydon Hall - May 2017

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour in person course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.
The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, in partnership with Crossroads, the Middletown Alliance, Middletown Department of Health and Human Services, Middletown Police Department, and the County of Monmouth, is pleased to offer Mental Health First Aid Training on two successive Tuesdays, May 9 AND May 16, at Croydon Hall (East Wing) • 900 Leonardville Road • Leonardo, NJ 07737. Participants must attend BOTH sessions.
We'll begin each evening with a simple supper at 5:00 followed by instructin from 5:30 - 9:30 pm
This course is a $175 value, and is being underwritten in part by generous grant from the County of Monmouth and the Hope for Children Foundation. The cost to participants is $20
