Description
More often than not mental health is either passed off as "having issues" or not talked about at all. I would like to change that. Please join me, Talawna Johnson as I touch basis on the importance of mental health, where you will be provided the tools and resources to help fight anxiety, stress, and depression. I will share my personal, thoughts, feelings, and coping mechanisms as I deal with and battle mental illness.
Mental health: a state of well-being. Mental health is defined as a state of well-being in which every individual realizes his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community.
