Join us for the "Identifying Resources and Building Referrals" conference for health and mental health care providers on August 22, 2016 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM (CST).
- Connect meanningfully with at least eight (8) nonprofit or government entities that will benefit the participant's practice or services
- Provide four (4) referrals to clients with little or no coverage for behavioral health services.
- Employ a breif intervention that is tailored to the patient and the severity of the substance use problem.
4.0 CEUs of education approved for certified peer recovery specialist.
.4 CEUs pre-approved for Nurses through the University of Tennessee at Martin.
