Each week we explore themes that encourage growth, such as:

  • Self-confidence – trusting your own path
  • Self-respect – living with integrity

What to expect:
10 Speed Prompts – get your thoughts flowing
1 Power Prompt – a deeper question for insight
15 minutes Sharing – voluntary, in a safe and supportive space

What to bring:
✏️ A journal and pen (recommended — avoid typing on phone/laptop if possible, to stay present)
