Menopause matters and why symptons prevent over 50% of women from exercisin...

This is a trainer only seminar.
From Wendy :My fascination with the link between menopause and healthy ageing
began when peri-menopause came raging along when I was 50. It took me by surprise. And when I heard from my PhD participants that they had similar issues, I realised that women in their 50's are FORGOTTEN when it comes to understanding what to do to turn around menopause symptoms, including weight gain WITHOUT resorting to expensive, short-acting supplements and HRT. So I decided to look into it. And in that process I turned around my energy levels and my mid-life health including losing the 15 kg that menopause had deposited on all those areas of my body that mattered to me – my bust, hips, diaphragm and stomach. All without the emphasis on vigorous exercise which I tried, but which made my symptoms worse.
This is what this seminar is about. I am a leading wellness educator following careers framed by nursing and then working in the health and fitness industry. I have lectured in numerous topics at university level from physiology to nutrition and wellbeing. I have run corporate wellness programs and delivered a ton of seminars.
But this one is the most important. I want to get the word out that MID-LIFE MATTERS to women. And in an ageing world, women must remain healthy, relevant and energetic. We are often still working and have a lot still to get done – another 30 years of living in fact. If this is you, but menopause has blind-sided your energy, your weight and your mojo, then join me.
I won't let you down.
