Event description

Description

Champagne breakfast before experiencing the mind-blowing, rock-n-rolling tour through the Mendez Museum Without Walls. Inspired by the history of the 1947 OC school desegregation case Mendez v. Westminster, this special Hispanic Heritage Month tour celebrates the tedr tour that takes back in time through beautiful Old Towne Orange and the stunning history of OC's Hidden Figures - Mendez v. Westminster. See the last standing Mexican School from OC segregation era, a formerly segregated movie theater, swimming pool, the graves of civil war soldiers and so much more - just 4 miles from Disneyland. It will open your mind to a whole new perspective on American Civil Rights history and blow down the walls to reveal how we are all truly connected.

A portion of the proceeds from these tours will go to help bring teachers to OC to learn about this important history.
