Men and Women Partnering on Inclusion to Drive Business Performance
Thu 6 April 2017, 08:30 – 11:00 BST
When companies focus on having the very best talent - and a gender balanced workforce - it is good for everyone. It is broadly accepted that inclusion drives business results, yet many companies have struggled to make significant progress toward creating inclusive workplaces and closing the gender gap. There is a growing realisation that progress will only be accelerated if the following occur:
- Men and women are working together as allies in changing organizational norms and cultures.
- Men and women are engaging in candid, constructive dialogue about their experiences in the workplace.
- Individuals and leaders are developing and demonstrating inclusive leadership skills
- The majority of leaders are actively advocating for change.
Join us for a lively interactive discussion about how this can be achieved and how organisations are using this framework to build high-performing teams. Catalyst facilitators will share insights on inclusive leadership as well as lessons learnt from MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) Initiative and our pioneering MARC Leaders program.
We invite business leaders, HR, D&I professionals and champions of inclusion to join the dialogue. Female participants are asked to bring a male colleague. Registration is complimentary for Catalyst Supporters. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
We’d like to thank our host, Capital Group for the generous support of this event.
