Grab your binoculars or spotting scope and join WFVZ Science Education Coordinator Paul Grindrod on Saturday May 7th for a Members bird walk around the Ventura Settling Ponds/Ventura Harbor Ecological Preserve, 1400 Angler Court, across from the Ventura Harbor Village Shopping Center on Spinnaker Drive.

Meet at the gate at 8:00am and plan to spend a couple of hours walking around several of the ponds. Intended for beginning birders and their families who would like to get experience recognizing some of our more common local species. This event is FREE but limited to 15 - 20 participants: required preregistration HERE.

Please bring masks in case group size prohibits sufficient social distancing during the walk.
