Event description
Learn virtually about a new resource that connects our community to social services & how to use free tools for nonprofits.

About this Event

ConnectATX is a new resource from United Way for Greater Austin that connects our community to social services with dignity and ease. Using a helpline and an online platform - powered by Aunt Bertha - ConnectATX connects people seeking help with both existing community resources and new COVID-19 related programs.

Join your fellow Austin-area professionals from the nonprofit, government, healthcare, and education sectors to learn how to better connect your clients and patients to services including public benefits, food, employment, housing, transportation, education, mental health, and more. We’ll also discuss how this social care network is serving the wider Austin community, how to take advantage of free tools for nonprofits, and tips & tricks to get the most out of the site.

Who should attend:

  • Nonprofit leaders that would like to learn about ways to connect their services with community members
  • Anyone who wants to hear more about ConnectATX and meet with Aunt Bertha and United Way for Greater Austin
