Description

Melbourne Integrative Genomics (MIG) - Launch event

Melbourne Integrative Genomics (MIG) is a powerhouse for innovative genomics research and a focal point within the Parkville Biomedical Precinct for collaboration, conversation and education. We focus on mathematical modelling rooted in evolutionary and population genetics theory, and computational and statistical methods for the analysis of datasets collected at multiple sub-cellular levels, anchored in the genome. We implement and disseminate our work through efficient and user-friendly software, and participate in collaborations from basic biology to clinical practice. MIG brings together internationally-renowned experts to accelerate research through working together and in collaboration with partners in Parkville and globally.
