Meisner Acting Class - Intro to the Gonsalves method

This will be a two hour, whistle stop tour round the Gonsalves method, an acting and directing tool rooted in Meisner technique.

We will practice using the muscles of 'seeing clearly' and 'responding truthfully' from YOUR UNIQUE point of view, start working with the repetition exercise, and then apply some conditions that change our POV to tell a story.

Ideal for professional or amateur actors, we also work with musical theatre, dance, politics and corporate - it can be applied to all performers, for any audience.

We will be moving around the space, so wear loose or comfy clothes, and bring your water bottle.
