The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is advancing science and technology to save lives. The Foundation works with partners to deliver proven tools - including vaccines, drugs, and diagnostics - and discover groundbreaking new solutions that are affordable and reliable. Gates Foundation Venture Capital is looking for innovative solutions to help solve the world’s most difficult challenges. They understand that the sector is developing some of the most promising and innovative solutions but markets don’t always provide the proper incentives. Therefore, they partner with entrepreneurs, companies, and other organizations to create incentives that harness the power of private enterprise.

Dr. Charlotte Hubbert, Partner with Gates Foundation Venture Capital, will be in attendance to provide an overview presentation on the Foundation's key areas of interest and venture investment philosophy. Gates Foundation Venture Capital operates under the Strategic Investment Fund at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, which manages a $2B allocation for private sector investments.

APPLY FOR A ONE-ON-ONE MEETING

Following the presentation and networking lunch, Charlotte will be holding one-on-one meetings with selected companies. Meetings are 30 minutes long.
