Description

SOULFUL SOUND MEDITATION

Take a pause in the middle of your day and come to the quiet experience of an urban oasis in midtown to relax, reset and recharge with the sounds and vibrations of the ancient instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, voice, flutes, and tuning forks. Immerse yourself in a sound bath! A sound bath is an improvised meditative "concert" to support states of deep relaxation, to release stress and allow healing of all body systems. A gentle yet powerful experience for the mind and body.

Let sound take you to a deeper place

Benefits of Sound Meditation Include:

Creates a moment of relaxation and releases tension, for healing and re-tuning

Induces a state of meditation by calming the mind and awakens higher states of consciousnes
