Join Megan Abbott, Edgar®-winning author of eight novels, including The End of Everything, Dare Me, and You Will Know Me, in crime-filled conversation with S.J. Rozan, winner of the Edgar®, Shamus, Anthony, Nero, and Macavity awards for Best Novel and the Edgar® for Best Short Story.

PLEASE NOTE VENUE: 
The Club Quarters, 40 West 45th Street, in the Priestley Room on the 2nd floor.

The program starts at 7 p.m. Drinks and dinner are not included. Please come early at 6 p.m. to mingle with your fellow members in the bar downstairs.

The Queens
Megan Abbott
is the Edgar®-winning author of the novels Die a Little, Bury Me Deep, The End of Everything, Dare Me, and The Fever. Her most recent book is You Will Know Me, which was chosen one of Best Books of 2016 by NPR, the Wall Street Journal, the Boston Globe, Time Out NY, the Washington Post, Google, Publishers Weekly, and Kirkus Reviews. Her stories have appeared in multiple collections, including  Best American Mystery Stories of 2014 and 2016. Her work has won or been nominated for the CWA Steel Dagger, the International Thriller Writers Award, the Los Angeles Times Book Prize, and five Edgar® awards (winning once for her novel Queenpin), Currently, she is a staff writer on HBO's new David Simon show, The Deuce, and is adapting two of her novels for television and feature film. 

S.J. Rozan,
a native New Yorker, is the author of 15 novels and five dozen short stories.  Her work has won the Edgar®, Shamus, Anthony, Nero, and Macavity awards for Best Novel and the Edgar® for Best Short Story. She is also the recipient of the Japanese Maltese Falcon Award and recently received the Life Achievement Award from the Private Eye Writers of America. Bronx Noir, an anthology she edited, was chosen NAIBA's “Notable Book of the Year.” She also co-edited, with Jonathan Santlofer, the anthology Dark End of the Street. Rozan has served on the National Boards of Mystery Writers of America and Sisters in Crime, and is ex-president of the Private Eye Writers of America. She speaks, lectures and teaches, and she runs a summer writing workshop at the Art Workshop International in Assisi, Italy.
