A Meet & Greet networking event
We are offering a FREE opportunity to showcase your business to prime bidders looking for quality partners.
Over 100 Prime Contractors/Bidders and Government Buyers will be exhibitors.
Be prepared to present your capability statement to exhibiting business representatives looking to meet MBE/SBE sub-contractors in the areas of Professional Services, Construction Trades, Architecture, Engineering and Other Business Services.
In an effort to prepare for the event, pre-event registration for Meet The Primes has ended, however walk-ins are welcomed to attend.
And please note: you can still pre-register for One-to-One Introduction Meetings, occurring at the event, until Monday, October 17, 2016 at 5pm.

One-to-One Introduction Meeting Café
A One-to-One Meeting is a face-to-face meeting between a small business representative and a government agency and/or prime company to discuss the small businesses product and services offerings privately for five (5) minutes. Each meeting has the potential to open up business opportunities by providing small business representatives with one-to-one exposure to procurement officials/buyers/decision makers.
Pre-registration to meet with participating exhibitors privately at the One -to-One Introduction Meeting Café (FAQ) will end on Monday, October 17, 2016 at 5:00pm, see One-to-One Introduction Meeting schedule. Email your requested One -to-One Introduction Meeting requests to firstname.lastname@example.org and an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming your meetings. Please contact MWMCA at 443-759-8580 for any questions.
Will my information be listed in the program book?
The program goes to the printer on October 13.
If you have registered before Noon on October 12, your information will appear in the printed booklet.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Access from the light rail line. Plenty of free parking near the door.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can return to your registration and update any information.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
The ticket is not required to enter the event. However, it will speed the entry process.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Circumstances may change and a stand-in may need to attend. Let us know at the registratioin desk so we can provide a correct name badge. Additional attendees are welcome, including walk-ins in that morning.
