Meet the New Guys: Reps. Cain, Holland and Neave

Join us in person or online for a conversation with three new members of the Texas House.
Briscoe Cain, R-Deer Park, represents House District 128. He has worked on legal cases for numerous pro-life organizations and serves as in-house counsel for Students for Life of America. Cain also serves as first lieutenant in the Texas State Guard.
Justin Holland, R-Rockwall, represents House District 33. Previously, he served as mayor pro tem for the city of Rockwall and on the city council. Holland also heads his family's real estate business, Regal Realtors.
Victoria Neave, D-Dallas, represents House District 107. Previously, she worked as an attorney in complex commercial litigation and served as her firm's 2012 Lend-A-Lawyer to the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Neave currently owns her own law firm, Neave & Scott, PC, and represents individuals and businesses in civil litigation and employment law.
