The Bronson Hub is a senior's inclusion collective impact project administered by the Bronson Centre that is working to support the capacity, collaboration, and sustainability, of the Bronson Centre organizations.

The goal of the Bronson Hub project is to help seniors, kids and families thrive and to support their independence and active participation in a healthy community.

Collaborative communities like Bronson Hub are created from the ground up when diverse groups and networks work together - sharing information and pooling knowledge and resources to address community needs.
