Our new Group Development Chef Gary knows a thing or two about crowd pleasing plates. Having worked as Exec Chef at the All England Lawn Tennis Club for many years, Gary is accustomed to serving up delicious mouthfuls for hundreds of hungry, discerning guests a day. He understands all the complexities of budgets and scalability and knows just how to get the most out of our ingredients. Which is why we are so delighted he is now working with us! He will be presenting lots of flavour combinations and recipe ideas using our bespoke sauces dips and dressings from Harvey & Brockless Kitchen.
