Please join us for an evening with artist/designer/maker Ryan McKibbin. Learn about his digital design and fabrication process, including Rhino & Grasshopper, & see (and sit on) his creations, which are now on view @ Fab Lab DC.
Ryan McKibbin is a lecturer and the Fabrication Labs Director at Catholic University's School of Architecture and Planning where he teaches Furniture Design and Digital Fabrication. Ryan recently served as Assembly Team Faculty Advisor for Team Capitol DC's entry into the 2013 Solar Decathlon. Ryan's work is rooted in traditional techniques with interests in CAD/CAM. He has an extensive knowledge in Rhino3d and related software.
