About this Event

Our featured chefs are coming together to raise money for Hunger Busters (a 501c3 foundation) to provide a needed third meal to Dallas ISD students living in poverty.

Be one of 40 VIPs to watch and experience the chefs as they prepare award-winning cuisine. Mix and mingle outside our VIP area to taste an array of hors d'oeuvres each of the chefs will prepare special for this event. Mixologists will be on-hand to provide extra cheer as they pair specially-creafted cocktails and wines with each dish.

Why are we hosting this event?

Dallas is #2 nationally for child poverty.

We’re raising money for Hunger Busters (a 501c3 foundation) to provide a needed third meal to Dallas ISD students living in poverty. Who are our chefs?

Amber C. Williams- Amber began cooking and baking as a hobby when she was little girl, helping her mom out in the kitchen, learning our family recipes from Louisiana. While in college, she began making small dessert bites, cakes, brownies, and other treats and selling them for extra money. From then, people started to order more, and she began studying the art of cooking and baking more seriously and and her passion continued to grow. As time went on, she came to know that serving people was what she wanted to do and set her eyes on going to culinary school after obtaining her degree. After graduating in 2011, she began working in corporate America and did not attend culinary school due to financial hardships. In mid-August of 2015, she made the daunting decision to leave Corporate America and take on her culinary business full time.

Amber has had the honor of serving several major corporations, non-profits, celebrities and a host of faithful clients, as well as featured in a wealth of magazine articles and blog posts.
