Join us to create a delicious meal highlighting Mediterranean influences! Learn how to make an amazing vegetable hors d’oeuvre that will spark your appetite for the rest of the meal. This pickling/marinating process imbues wonderful flavor. The technique can be applied in many ways and allows you to prepare in advance.


Create a quick and impressive main dish with chicken kofta kebabs – an unusual take on kebabs and a very popular food in the Mediterranean. Then finish with a sweet delight similar to baklava.


You’ll enjoy an appetizer, a full plate, and a memorable dessert. Includes one complimentary house wine or beer. Compliment your experience with wine, beer, or a cocktail, available from our full bar.

Chef Joel is a nationally-recognized culinary instructor with 20 years of teaching experience. He brings his unique flair to teaching, using his sense of humor and passion for cooking to inspire and involve his students.

Classes are designed for 12 students. You will work in groups of 4 at your own station. Wine, beer, and craft cocktails are available for purchase from our bar.
