The Mediterranean Diet - through the day
Current research is showing the Mediterranean Diet has MANY health benefits. Come learn more about what we are learning about this style of eating and how to add it to your meals at home. The class will include a demonstration of several recipes and samples.
May 26 - Eating Mediterranean at Dinner 6 to 8:30pm
June 30 - Eating Mediterranean at Lunch 6 to 8:30pm
July 28 - Eating Mediterranean at Breakfast 6 to 8:30pm
$20 each class
$50 for the entire series
Ticket – You do not need to print this ticket and bring it with you. We will have your name on a sign-in roster at the event.
Minimum participants – Many classes require a minimum number of participants. If that number is not reached within 3 days of the class, the class may be cancelled and a refund issued.
Cancellations - If your class is canceled for any reason you will be notified no less than 24 hours prior to class start. We will provide a full refund for cancellations made by Orange County Extension.
Refunds - May take up to 30 days to process. Refunds will be made in the event of a class cancellation or if the registrant requests a refund 24 hours prior to the class time.
Reservations - You must be 18 to make a reservation. If you are under 18 and want to attend a class your parent or guardian must register and attend with you.
We often photograph our classes for research and publicity purposes. Your entry to this event constitutes consent to be photographed and to have those photos published. If you do not wish to be photographed, you must notify us in writing prior to attending the event.
